Where is the shop located? Witch’s Chamber is an online only shop, that you can find at www.witchschamber.com and also available through Witch's Chamber on Facebook, #witchschamber on Instagram or @WitchsChamber on Twitter.
How do I order? You can order from the website directly, or you can get to it from any of the social media channels mentioned above, simply click on the photo that you see tagged with a tiny shopping bag. This will take you to the shop on social media, which will then bring you back here to the site.
What is your shop currency? While you are on the site it will adjust item prices to your local currency BUT at checkout it will show you your cost in Canadian funds.
What forms of Payment do you accept? Witch’s Chamber accepts credit card payments through Shopify payments and as well Express checkout from PayPal.
What are your shipping policies?
For Canada and the United States.

- Jewelry prices already reflect included shipping fees within North America.
- For other products there are flat rate shipping costs for US$($20.63) and Canadian($14.90) shipping for purchases of up to $99.99 CAD, **excluding Pillar Candles and shelves**
- FREE SHIPPING** on shipments over $100 in North America, with certain exceptions

Australia, Ireland and UK shipping
- Tracked Packet Shipping for the UK and Ireland
- Flat Rate, non tracked shipping for Australia

**During the Covid19 pandemic, shipping happens once weekly.**
What are the return policies? We accept returns as long as we receive notice within 14 days of delivery. Items must not be damaged and in original condition. Patrons are responsible for return shipping charges.

Do you make everything in your shop? While we do make many of the products, no we do not hand make them all.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes we love custom orders!! Feel free to contact Tess with your idea or request. All custom orders once agreed upon must be paid for upfront with the custom order request.
Can I pickup my item locally? Yes you can! Simply reach out before you order, so that the inventory can made available for local pickup. Local orders are paid at time of pickup and not online.
