How do I order? You can order from the website directly, or you can get to it from any of the social media channels mentioned above, simply click on the photo that you see tagged with a tiny shopping bag. This will take you to the shop on social media, which will then bring you back here to the site.
What is your shop currency? While you are on the site it will adjust item prices to your local currency BUT at checkout it will show you your cost in Canadian funds.
What forms of Payment do you accept? Witch’s Chamber accepts credit card payments through Shopify payments and as well Express checkout from PayPal.
What are your shipping policies?
For Canada and the United States.

- Jewelry prices already reflect included shipping fees within Canada and the USA.
- Select items have a $4.95 flat rate shipping to Canada and a $5.95 flat rate shipping to the USA
- For other products there are flat rate shipping costs that range from* $5.95 to $20.63 for shipping to the USA, and between $4.95 - $14.90 within Canada for purchases of up to $149.99 CAD,
- *cost of flat rate shipping is dependent on amount of sale, product and destination.

What are the return policies? We accept returns as long as we receive notice within 14 days of delivery. Items must not be damaged and in original condition. Patrons are responsible for return shipping charges.

Do you make everything in your shop? While we do make many of the products, no we do not hand make them all.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes we love custom orders!! Feel free to contact Tess with your idea or request. All custom orders once agreed upon must be paid for upfront with the custom order request.
Can I pickup my item locally? Yes you can! Simply complete your purchase online, let us know you wish to pick up locally (Kawartha Lakes) and we will refund your shipping fees upon pickup.
