.Where is the shop located? Witch’s Chamber is an online only shop, that you can find at www.witchschamber.com and also available through Witch's Chamber on Facebook, #witchschamber on Instagram or @WitchsChamber on Twitter.

How do I order? You can order from the website directly, or you can get to it from any of the social media channels mentioned above, simply click on the photo that you see tagged with a tiny shopping bag. This will take you to the shop on social media, which will then bring you back here to the site.

What is your shop currency? While you are on the site it will adjust item prices to your local currency.

What forms of Payment do you accept? Witch’s Chamber accepts credit card payments through Shopify payments and as well Express checkout from PayPal.

What are your shipping policies?

For Canada and the United States.

  • Tracked Packet Shipping
  • Jewelry prices already reflect included shipping fees within Canada and the USA.
  • Shipping is **FREE WITH $80 PURCHASE + to USA & Canada! 
  • Otherwise it is Flat rate shipping to the USA & Canada *cost of flat rate shipping is $12
  • **excluding Gazing Balls, shelves and altar boxes**

          Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Scotland and UK shipping

  • Flat Rate, non tracked shipping for Australia, New Zealand, UK and Ireland on select items 
  • Shelves,Pillar Candles and Spirit and Earth Collections do not ship to your location.

 **During the Covid19 pandemic, shipping happens once weekly.**

What are the return policies? We accept returns as long as we receive notice within 14 days of delivery. Items must not be damaged and in original condition. Patrons are responsible for return shipping charges.

**Returns are not accepted on custom orders**

Do you make everything in your shop? While we do make many of the products, no we do not hand make them all.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes we love custom orders!! Feel free to contact Tess with your idea or request. All custom orders once agreed upon must be paid for upfront with the custom order request.

Do you share my information? What is your privacy policy? We do not share your information and our privacy policy is available on the home page, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find it there.

Can I pickup my item locally? Yes you can! Simply start your purchase online, before checkout send us a chat to let us know you wish to pick up locally (Kawartha Lakes) and I will apply free shipping plus a 15% discount for local pickup.
